Encourage others to come together because by working as a team they will benefit from each other's talents. This applies more especially to your workplace where your leadership qualities come to the fore. It doesn't matter what you are doing, you will be in the company of people who are ready, willing and able to help you achieve a short term goal. An older person is all set to cancel their own plans in order to help you out.

You might look back on today's misunderstandings and laugh about them but they will feel serious at the time. Conflicts have a lot to do with you and a partner taking it for granted you both know what the other is thinking. Conversations cover trivial matters and are empty and meaningless. What you should be doing is sitting down, giving each other your undivided attention and talking about what's on your mind. The more care you put into relationships the less confusion there will be.
