Sharing ideas and being open about what you're hoping for will sow the seeds for a better future. Keeping thoughts to yourself will simply delay your progress and keep you from getting what you really want. Once others are aware of your feelings they will do what they can to help you. You've always been reluctant to give too many of your thoughts away but today you will gain most by being less secretive.

Even if you have done the same job for years, you don't have to be bored with it. There's always something new you could do to spice up your work, your relationships or your environment. If the pace at work falls right off today, why not take advantage by looking at ways to make the job more interesting? Get together with others, consider new plans for the future and then you could find yourself spending your spare time in the future polishing up plans and schemes to put forward later in September.
