You always strive to be cooperative and charitable. Is this gaining you a reputation for being an easy target when others need help? Staff shortages within the workplace whether due to sickness or because of holidays could be causing havoc. There just aren't enough people to do all the work. To bridge a few gaps you will be asked to take on extra commitments for a short time. Be sure to set a definite time limit and get others to agree to it or you could find yourself lumbered with these responsibilities indefinitely.
